Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

       Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days.

       Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4-8 business days.

       Remote or rural areas: 7-10 business days.

Note: These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Divera offers free shipping on all orders across India. There are no minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for eligible pin codes across India. COD orders are subject to the same processing and delivery timelines. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package and make payment.

6. Delivery Failures

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at diveracontact@gmail.com with your order ID. We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
