Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

Unboxing Video is Mandatory
To claim a refund, you must record a single continuous video showing:
• Sealed package before opening
• Full unboxing (no cuts)
• Product condition on first open

No video = No refund (strict policy)

Pickup Attempts
Our courier will try 3 times for pickup
If all attempts fail, return will be cancelled
